How we facilitate growth

Ad Nova achieves great things for clients typically when there is a key player inside the business (usually a marketing manager, MD or CEO) who is able to work collaboratively with us, driving their marketing agenda from the inside. They appreciate we have all the talents and technical skills needed to quickly turn their basic ideas into function-focused marketing.

Finding a creative service that’s the ‘right fit’ is not easy. Go through expensive ad agencies, untrained designers, trained designers still too fixated on style-before-substance… and it’s easy to see why some businesses just give up on marketing properly for years at a time.

As senior creative professionals we’ve dispensed with hiring staff, forsaken the big bucks of working elsewhere, instead choosing to build up a stable of quality clients and focus on building relationships which grow more fruitful for their businesses over time. High speed internet means we’re virtually next door to clients and so now we service two cities from our Central Coast location. The way Ad Nova operates now is very much by-design.  It’s a different world from the offices and staff Ad Nova required to operate back in the early nineties.

Another benefit for clients is that unlike bigger creative firms where creative interpretation / execution get muddied as it passes through the ranks, Ad Nova’s overheads don’t loom large. Good communication ensures we keep control of how much time is spent on a project. Ad Nova will not tell you how to spend your marketing dollars, although there are decades of marketing consultation experience to draw on when you need it. It’s important to note our marketing advice is not swayed by having media buying as a revenue stream.

We love what we do. People come to us energised because they are ready to step business up a level.  It’s nice place to start a conversation.

Who is Ad Nova?

Based on the Central Coast, the majority of Ad Nova’s clients are in Sydney and Newcastle, with some as far afield as New Zealand and the UK. Most client collaboration occurs remotely with face-to-face visits most optimal on bi-monthly or less basis. What’s our capability? By pulling in expertise, only when required, of specialists such as programmers, commercial photographers, video editors and signwriters, we have successfully delivered large scale projects for bigger businesses and governments like the City of Newcastle. It’s cost efficient and its how it is done in an ever-shifting digital world. Because we create content as well as design and produce, it means TVC and radio production are intentionally the only creative services we don’t deliver directly.
